I probably will because Katie is up there in my top twenty or so favorite, living authors but I don't expect I'll be particularly engrossed by it. She's usually good enough with character development that her stories are hard to pin down as either romance or another genre that also has romance in the story. I take it she was halfway phoning the characters in this time? It would probably help if I liked any steampunk besides Tank Girl.
