Mr. Romance of the Day: Jeremy

Name/Stage Name: Everyone has always called me Jeremy. Although if I had a stage name it would be hung wellington LOL

Stats: 5’10″ 31 yrs old (shhhh don’t tell anyone but I normally tell people i’m 26 or 27 depending on how I feel that day LOL

A day in the life of (work, school?)

I’m currently still finishing school but I also work for a land holding company in Tampa. The company owns several commercial and residential properties in the Tampa Bay area and every day is different. I do anything from working on the houses/buildings themselves to doing office work and running around downtown Tampa. Not something I’d like to be doing 25 years from now but for now it pays the bills and its very pleasant

Hobbies?

When I can afford it, I love to travel (cruises, Vegas, Miami). In my spare time when I’m home I enjoy working out, going to sporting events, playing poker, eating, and spending time with good friends.

Favorite book OR genre of music?

My favorite book is the Bible, although I don’t read it enough….I listen to various types of music. Anything from Green Day to Depeche Mode to Jay Z and even a little Barry White when the mood calls for it . Good music is good music. Recently I’ve been listening to a lot of Romanian dance music with artists like Edward Maya and Akcent.

Why did you enter Mr. Romance?

As a former contestant (2009) I’m entering this year because when I attended in 2009, I can honestly say that week was one of the most memorable and fun weeks I’ve had in my life! I could tell it was the one event several people looked forward to every year and I could see why. I went into it not knowing what to expect at all. That year I was very shy at the beginning of the week and towards the end really started to come out.

I hope this year I can be a little more relaxed and open as I will know a little more of what to expect. While, it would be great to win Mr. Romance 2011, it won’t be the most important thing on my mind at this years event. If everyone, including myself, has close to the same experience as in 2009, I will be happy (although I’m hoping it surpasses my expectations as it did in the past) I know the people I met and the friends I made (and will make this year) will last a lifetime, and to me that is most important. I’m very excited to be attending
