Bree: We’re starting off January with HAUNTED SANCTUARY, the spin-off sequel to our Red Rock Pass series, with book two (HAUNTED WOLVES) to follow in July. April is the fourth Bloodhounds book, DIANA’S HOUND, and the sixth (6th!! OMG!) Southern Arcana book, ENIGMA, is coming out in October.
Donna: We’re also working on BEYOND CONTROL, the next Kit Rocha book, which should be available early in the year. Also, Tantor Media is producing the audio version of BEYOND SHAME, which is very exciting!
Bree: I think it’s a tie between Tessa Dare’s A LADY BY MIDNIGHT and Meljean Brook’s RIVETED.
Donna: Definitely A LADY BY MIDNIGHT. I love all of Tessa’s Spindle Cove books.
Bree: Eggnog. YEAH IT IS. (And not even with booze in it!)
Donna: The turkey that Bree’s husband makes. (See below. LOL)
Bree: Uhhm…maybe Jingle Bells.
Donna: The Little Drummer Boy.
Bree: My husband makes The Best Turkey Ever. For Thanksgiving AND Christmas!
Donna: Watching “A Christmas Story” all day long! And we always have breakfast on Christmas morning at the local Waffle House, for some reason.
Bree: I don’t know, man. I’m pretty easy. I even kinda like fruitcake! I feel bad not liking a gift if someone takes the time to give it to me!
Donna: Food poisoning–courtesy of my (former) favorite Chinese restaurant.
Bree: I think my family got sick of scarves the year after I learned to knit…
Donna: I don’t know. Maybe people don’t want to tell me my gifts suck. LOL
Bree: Having my family come visit for Christmas when I lived in Austria as an exchange student.
Donna: It happens pretty much every Christmas: drinking hot cider while watching my kids open their presents.
Bree: When I was in high school, I collected miniature figurines of castles.
Donna: I can’t touch type. I hunt & peck, like, 80 words per minute.
Bree: The weird thing is that I’ve collected a ton of stuff over the years… (castles, stamps, buttons/pins) but I actually don’t collect anything now. Unless you count books on my ereader…
Donna: I used to collect cancelled stamps from all over the world–ones that had been mailed and postmarked already. Completely worthless, obviously, but some were so very beautiful.
