Another week has came and went, which means it’s once again time for Sunday’s Five. Yes, I heard your collective breath of excitment.

1. Books!! Cassandra Clare’s Immortal Instruments Series.

Since Twilight’s release, more & more of us adults are picking up young adult series to read. Cassandra Clare’s series does not disappoint.  The basic premiss follows 15 year old Clary Fray through a world rich with Vampire’s, Demons, Werewolves & various other kinds of “fairy tale monsters” where Shadowhunters fight to keep mundane’s safe. It’s a trilogy that keeps you turning pages wondering whats going to happen in Clary’s world next. I just cracked open the third and final book in the series and can’t wait to see how it all ends. 4/5 Fangs.

2. Rant!! Eww Fish >.<

I understand most people like to eat fish at Easter time, I also know most people cannot stand the awful smell fish makes whilst it’s cooking. But, if you are cooking fish please for the sake of my nostrils OPEN YOUR WINDOWS! My wonderful apartment building has changed from smelling like lemon clean to fisherman’s warf. It seems to me, most people decide to crack their apartment doors open and not their windows, thust the smells come under my door and attack me as soon as I walk into my kitchen. So please, I implore you: If you live in an apartment building and decide you just have to have fish…don’t open your freaking door!!

3. Rave!! Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream

Girlie moment. Since our lovely Canadian winter has been so brutal this season, my face turned into the Sahara. I walked into Kiehl’s one day and showed the Salesman just how funky my poor skin was. He handed me Ultra Facial Cream, and 1 day later I was soooo sold I had to rave about it. Within one day of using it, my face returned to normal. No dryness, no peeling skin. It’s a little pricey, but it’s definatly worth the price!

4. Rediscovery!! I feel good, I knew that I would.

My first concert as a small child was James Brown & I have loved him ever since. I have moments with music, where I am really into something and then I forget about it for awhile while I fall in love with something else. This month, I rediscovered James Brown. I have been dancing ever since. Not much music will have me singing at the top of my lungs, dancing around my apartment like a fool. James does. Check out : The Payback

5. Rave!!

YouTube Video of the week time! I am easily amused, I admit it. This video has been in my favorites list since 2007. I will watch it once a month when I am feeling crappy and no fail everytime I burst into laughter. I hope you enjoy it as much as I still do.
