WLP/Natasha: I’m a 32 year old female and live in the cold(ish) white north aka Toronto Canada. I have never seen an igloo, let alone lived in one, seriously I have been asked that before. And I don’t have a dog-sled, though the way winters are going now, I’d appreciate one! I love music & go to concerts whenever I get the chance. I work as a freelance contractor for Macmillan and maintain their social networking (Facebook & Twitter) for the master Heroes & Heartbreakers page. I also write articles for their website Heroes & Heartbreakers You can find her on Twitter @wickedlpixie

Lynda the Guppy lives in the Los Angeles area and can often be found posting pictures of sunny blue skies in the middle of winter when she knows her friends back east are in the midst of negative temperatures. She enjoys knitting (most of the time) and loves to travel, though she doesn’t get to do nearly enough of it, in her opinion. Her favorite books are contemporary romances in nearly all forms. Growing up the daughter of a Special Effects guy for the movies, she can never QUITE suspend her disbelief enough to enjoy alternate realities or creatures like vampires or werewolves, but give her a romantic suspense with a serial killer and she’s happy! You can also find her rambling on about all sorts of things on twitter (@fishwithsticks) or on her personal blog (fishwithsticks.wordpress.com).

Sahara H. lives in the great (with not so great weather) Midwest. When’s she’s not busy saving the planet from a imminent yet not unpreventable doom, she can be found reading, napping, and feeding the cat. She enjoys erotic romance, paranormal romance with unique settings, dystopian ya novels, and generally anything that can combat the boredom of the 9 to 5 work day.

Brigette, a fellow Canadian, who is old enough to know better but young enough to do it again because she loves a good adventure and has spent a lot of time in the Amazon jungle building medical clinics, now that’s adventure for the crazy. After almost 20 years in the bar industry as an owner, she switched the drunken animal for the furry kind, becoming a trainer and groomer of dogs until 3 years ago. Now semi-retired, living in the country, she spends her days counting the frogs in the koi pond because her 3 dogs like to eat them, reading as much romance, erotica and paranormal as she can and in her spare time (who is she kidding her whole day is spare time) she dabbles with her own writing in hopes of one day becoming published.

Danielle is a bookaholic, Scotland/tattoo/shoe/chocolate-obsessed, mother of three who dabbles with writing while sipping mojitos in the hot tub. Okay, not all at the same time, but she would if she could find a way to keep her laptop dry. Favourite genres to read are Urban Fantasy, YA, Dystopian, and Paranormal Romance. She’s currently trying to find a story-line that involves tattooed Scottish vampires, living in a Dystopian society. It could work!

Jackie comes from the land of Oz and if you ask her if she knows Dorothy, she WILL cut you! Mother of a soon-to-be lady killer (of the looks variety, not of the chainsaw-wielding maniac variety), a black cat with a superiority complex, and the world's largest lap dog, she'll rabidly devour anything paranormal romance, urban fantasy, or erotica WITHOUT billionaire misogynists.

Zombie Joe is old enough to know better, but young enough to remember what its like. He is known to more people as Zombie Joe than by his given name thanks to a friend that gave him the name just before his 40th birthday and social networking. When not working his 9-5 in southern Wisconsin, he can be found at the coffee shop writing, reading, or pawning books off onto the others in the shop. His reading tastes are eclectic thanks to advice given to him by a couple of other authors. The genres of urban fantasy, science fiction and horror (all with a comedic bent) are his favored playgrounds. You can find out more about Zombie Joe from his Twitter account (@Zombie_Joe) or - when he has time to post to it - his personal blog at zombiejoe.wordpress.com. And for the record, he was "this close" to posting a photo in drag to be listed as one of the Ladies of WLP. ;)
